All purchases of Soft2Business software products (including the Soft2Business Chatbot Pro plugin)
are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection, including EU VAT.
Refunds and billing matters are handled in accordance with
Lemon Squeezy’s Refund Policy.
Soft2Business does not process payments directly.
If you believe a refund should be issued due to a technical issue or accidental duplicate order,
please contact info@soft2business.com
within 14 days of purchase.
We will help you coordinate with Lemon Squeezy’s support team.
Refunds are not provided for license expirations, feature misunderstandings,
or changes in customer requirements after purchase, unless required by law.
By completing a purchase, you agree that the digital content will be supplied immediately
and you waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
