WooCommerce Integration

The WooCommerce integration lets you connect your chatbots with WooCommerce virtual products. When a customer purchases one of those products, the plugin automatically grants that user time-limited access to the selected chatbots. It’s a flexible way to provide chatbot access as part of a membership, course, or premium support plan.

Note: This feature is under active development. We welcome feedback and suggestions to help improve it.

How It Works

  1. Create a virtual product in WooCommerce (for example, “1-Month Chatbot Access”).
  2. Open the Chatbot Access Mapping page in the plugin’s admin area.
  3. Link one or more chatbots to your WooCommerce product.
  4. When a user buys that product, the plugin automatically:

    • Creates an access record linking the user with the selected chatbots.
    • Sets the access duration based on how many copies were purchased (e.g., two copies = two months of access).
  5. Users keep their access until the expiration date is reached.
Note: WooCommerce integration works only for simple virtual product!

Example

If you link AI Writing Assistant and SEO Helper chatbots to a
1-Month Access product:

  • Buying one unit grants 1 month of access to both chatbots.
  • Buying two units extends access to 2 months.

Managing Access

Admins can view, edit, or revoke user access from the User Access page. If a refund or order cancellation occurs, access can be revoked automatically or manually, depending on your WooCommerce settings.
